Attention! Since September 1, 2022, global changes have appeared in the legislation in the field of labor protection. A new Procedure for occupational safety training and verification of knowledge of occupational safety requirements, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12/24/2021 N 2464, has already entered into force.In the new Order, training in the use of PPE appeared for the first time, the rules for conducting briefings and internships were changed, the period during which employees conduct training changed, requirements for occupational safety training programs were introduced, and the specifics of training in microenterprises were fixed.The following types of training are fixed in Resolution No. 2464:- · OT training from an employer or in organizations that provide OT training services;
- · Training in the use of PPE;
- · First aid training for victims;
- · On-the-job internship;
- · Instruction on labor protection.
These types are not completely new, but the previous Order No. 1/29 did not regulate them separately.
The order of training for sole proprietorsThe new Procedure does not apply to individual employers who are not sole proprietors. The current Procedure No. 1/29 is still mandatory for sole proprietors and legal entities of all organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, including employers - individuals.
Individual employers who are not sole proprietors are those who hire employees for personal service and assistance in the household (Part 5 of Article 20 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).
These changes are regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 24, 2021 No. 2464 "On the procedure for training in occupational safety and testing knowledge of occupational safety requirements"Our Center offers distance learning on occupational safety and health, providing all training materials in electronic form. Taking such a course is mandatory for all employers, senior staff and employees of organizations. The employer is obliged to conduct training and verification of knowledge of the occupational safety requirements of its employees. This requirement is contained in Articles 212 and 225 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Failure to comply with this condition threatens with fines from 110,000 to 130,000 rubles and administrative liability (Administrative Code of the Russian Federation Article 5.27.1.)
