Certification of NAKS welders is a mandatory procedure for verifying the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of specialists in gas, arc and electric welding, soldering and working with heating tools, etc. The certification program provides for verification in such areas of activity as:

• welding equipment;
• basic and welding materials;
• welding technology;
• quality control of welded joints;
• rules for the safe performance of welding work.

• Level I - certified welder;
• Level II - certified master welder;
• Level III - certified welder technologist;
• Level IV - certified welder engineer.

• Level II and III - 3 years;
• Level IV - 5 years.

After the certification of welders, the NAKS center enters the data on the completion of training and confirmation of certification into the register of personnel certified in the NAKS.
